Karin Petrou has a unique personal knowledge of Rockland County.  Karin was born and raised in Rockland where her family ran a legendary restaurant formerly the Bully Boy Chop House now known as Restaurant X for 35 years.  With her degree in Art History she lived and worked in New York City (for Christies and Sotheby’s art auction houses). Karin managed logistics for over $100 million art inventory.  She returned to the county in 2006, when her oldest daughter reached school age, to avail her family of Rockland’s unique educational advantages and the county’s many other superior ‘quality of life’ features.   

Her intensive, detailed knowledge of Nyack, Upper Grandview, Congers, and Valley Cottage are of great use for matching home buyers’ needs with the perfect home in these, and other, wonderful towns in the Hudson River communities.
